This project is the renovation of and addition to an existing two-story single-family home in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood in the west end of Toronto.

A small addition to the rear allows for a reconfiguration of the ground floor, providing more sufficient space for comfortable entertaining for a young, social couple. The second floor addition provides a second bedroom and a more generous bathroom.

Currently under construction. Estimated completion: Winter 2025.
